With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Brian leads and manages all aspects of search engagements. He has successfully led and completed search assignments for Fortune 100 companies, top-10 market research firms, boutique research consultancies, marketing agencies, qualitative research & analytics suppliers, and regulatory affairs consulting firms. Search assignments range from mid-level to executive leadership positions in a wide range of industry groups.
Jim Farrell brings 25 years of executive recruiting experience, six of those years spent managing and doing the work while serving as Senior Vice President of People and Corporate Administration at The M/A/R/C Group. Prior to M/A/R/C he was General Manager for a division of Norrell Services leading a team of 50 professionals. For 12 years he held a variety of field sales, management, and marketing leadership positions at Burroughs Corporation, now UNISYS.
