THE PROCESS
The process begins with strategic consultation ensuring that we have a strong understanding of the responsibilities and necessary qualifications of the ideal candidate. This will become the framework that will guide the search process. We take the time necessary to understand your business structure, culture, and leadership to further ensure the best fit.
Research is then undertaken to ensure the widest possible search for qualified candidates. We utilize all available resources; our expansive proprietary database, our extensive network of industry sources, our current and former clients, and past candidates to identify and thoroughly screen prospective candidates.
Each qualified and interested candidate is interviewed to assess their overall suitability for the position. The most qualified candidates are then presented to the client in a confidential written report. These reports include candidate accomplishments, employment background, educational qualifications, personality fit, personal characteristics, and our insights.
We then schedule and coordinate interviews with our client's team and coordinate travel arrangements with the candidates. When interviews are complete, we debrief each candidate and discuss any potential next steps.
When it is time, we will help negotiate the offer/acceptance of employment.
