Our Principals have combined more than 50 years of experience in Executive Recruiting, Marketing, Sales, and Management capacities.

Jim Farrell brings more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience, six of those years spent managing and doing the work while serving as Senior Vice President of People and Corporate Administration at The M/A/R/C Group. Prior to M/A/R/C he was General Manager for a division of Norrell Services leading a team of 50 professionals. For 12 years he held a variety of field sales, management, and home office marketing positions at Burroughs Corporation, now UNISYS.

Brian Farrell has more than eight years of executive recruiting experience with The Farrell Group. His prior experience includes several years in a variety of sales, management, and analytical roles in the call center, transportation, and technology arenas. Brian spent five years in the transportation idustry with CSE (a division of Conway Transportaion Services) and Herman Miles (now UPS Supply Chain Solutions). He subsequently worked in sales and marketing capacities for a start-up eCommerce software developer.
