| Position Description |
The Senior Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for providing
analytical support for primary research studies, both quantitative and
qualitative. Additional responsibilities/credentials include:
- Five or more years experience working wiht a research team
- Capable of identifying client needs, designing a research approach,
and drafting the questionnaire
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret research results
- Proven ability to summarize findings in a report to include making
recommendations for business decisions
- Familiarity with the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with clients, identifying and understanding
needs, presenting study results, and exceeding expectations
- Survey Design
- Survey Testing
- Data QC
- Proficiency in SPSS and WinCross preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
- Interpret data, write reports, and present findings to client
audience when required
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior analysts
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task, strong communication skills
- Able to work in a small group environment
