Position Description The Senior Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for primary research studies, both quantitative and qualitative. Additional responsibilities/credentials include:
  • Five or more years experience working wiht a research team
  • Capable of identifying client needs, designing a research approach, and drafting the questionnaire
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret research results
  • Proven ability to summarize findings in a report to include making recommendations for business decisions
  • Familiarity with the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working with clients, identifying and understanding needs, presenting study results, and exceeding expectations
  • Survey Design
  • Survey Testing
  • Data QC
  • Proficiency in SPSS and WinCross preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
  • Interpret data, write reports, and present findings to client audience when required
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior analysts
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task, strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a small group environment
